Adopts IGBT control (paired with Japanese Shimaden FP93 temperature controller) and American Raytek infrared temperature measurement (covering 1000℃–3200℃), ensuring precise temperature regulation ±5℃ uniformity.
  • Under Argon, Hydrogen and Nitrogen or vacuum (micro positive pressure) atmosphere working, with a closed inner circulating water cooling system for stable heat dissipation. Optional configurations (e.g., gas purifier) can be customized to match specific material processing requirements, making it ideal for R&D and small-scale production in material science field.
  • Tungsten crucible as the high temperature, Alumina and Zirconia as the insulation layer and temperature keeping layer, special design for pure tungsten sintering.
