  • This new-model 3200°C batch-type induction vacuum lab furnace is a high-precision apparatus customized for laboratory-scale material processing.
  • It incorporates advanced intermediate frequency induction heating and vacuum/protectiveatmosphere systems, enabling ultra-high-temperature operations (reaching 3200C) to fulfill the strict sintering and heat treatment needs of various advanced materials.
  • This furnace comes in three models, providing versatile options for small-batch experiments or sample making. It utilizes IGBT control (matched with the Japanese Shimaden FP93 temperature controller) and American Raytek infrared temperature detection (covering 1000°C-3200°C), which ensures precisetemperature regulation and a uniformity of ±5°C.
  • Working under vacuum or Argon (micro-positive pressure) environment, it is equipped with a closedinner circulating water cooling system to maintain stable heat dissipation. Optional components (e.g..gas purifiers) can be customized to satisfy specific material processing requirements, thus being idealfor R&D and small-scale production in the field of material science.
