  • This innovative 3200°C batch-type induction vacuum laboratory furnace is a high-precision instrument designed for small-scale material research and development.
  • It combines advanced medium-frequency induction heating technology with a high-vacuum and protective atmosphere system, enabling ultra-high temperature operations up to 3200°C to meet the demanding sintering and heat treatment requirements of advanced materials.
  • Available in three distinct models, it offers flexible options for small-batch experiments and sample preparation. The furnace utilizes IGBT control, paired with a Shimaden FP93 temperature controller and Raytek infrared temperature measurement (covering 1000°C–3200°C), ensuring precise temperature regulation and ±5°C temperature uniformity.
  • It operates under vacuum or argon (with micro-positive pressure) conditions, and features a closed-loop water cooling system for stable heat dissipation. Optional configurations, such as a gas purifier, can be customized to fulfill specific material processing needs, making it an ideal solution for R&D and small-scale production in materials science.
