It runs on 380V 3-phase power with thyristor control, supporting 24/7 continuous operation to match industrial production lines’ throughput demands.
- Its heavy-duty industrial frame is engineered to resist wear from prolonged cycles, while the intelligent temperature control system precisely adjusts heating rates and holding times—ensuring uniform sintering of vanadium carbide batches, improving material hardness and wear resistance. The vacuum environment eliminates oxidation, a critical factor for high-purity carbide manufacturing.
