- Supported by inert gas shielding and high‑seal vacuum chamber, it delivers stable high‑temperature working conditions, minimizing oxidation risk for composite samples and securing consistent processing quality.
- Built with heavy‑duty mechanical structure, the unit is fitted with intelligent PLC temperature control module. It supports flexible adjustment over heating rate, holding time and cooling curve, realizing uniform heating across workpieces and reducing local temperature deviation during hot pressing procedure.
